No it was only published by Sony. It was developed by a studio that isn't owned by Sony so it's not first party?



There's only 2 races: White and 'Political Agenda'
2 Genders: Male and 'Political Agenda'
2 Hairstyles for female characters: Long and 'Political Agenda'
2 Sexualities: Straight and 'Political Agenda'

Produced by some guys there but it was developped using the team from From Software, and a Director from From Software, I'd hardly call it first party. If it was a combined effort between studio Japan and From Software then maybe. But all the grunt work/programming and art direction was from From Software the Producers just would've overseen development and thrown in a few ideas every now and then and progress tracking. 

Same reason why FH2 isn't first party.

Remasters aren't counted which is why TLOU:R and isn't on the PS4 list.

Sony Japan came up with the Design i think and the original built until FromSoftware made it to a Souls Game.
