Also, lets talk about how bundles could ultimately effect this.Simple Question.  Both games are in the same genre.  Can Tomb Raider beat Uncharted NDC or will Nathan Drake take the holiday.

Probably Tomb Raider. Uncharted might sell more if Sony heavily bundles it though.

I think it will be close, but Rise of the Tomb Raider might win between the two. Both Microsoft and Sony are going to market both games like crazy and probably bundle them.

Interesting theory and I agree.  

But if they both bundle, I feel like Sony has the upper hand.  Three games in one bundle Two games in the other (assuming reboot is included) .
