Had to get a 32gb SD card for my 3DS. That's about it. Although, I do have only 7gb left on my Wii U, and wondering if that's going to get me through the generation without having to delete other things to make room.

A 500 gb for my ps3. But for my ps4 the standard hdd is enough. If i switch it is for a ssd for faster speed but the same storage size.

My vita come with a 8gb card and that is enough too. Play it, delete it.

No. I've never played more than 3 games at once on console so it was a non-issue last gen.

4 ≈ One

3DS: I switched to a 32GB SD card, and I have actually filled half of it already.

Wii U: I have the 32GB model, and put in a 16GB flash drive. I think I will have to upgrade that soon.

Also, change the word "memory" to "storage" in the thread title.

I was one of the 5 people that bought a white Wii U at launch, so I kinda needed the extra memory even though the only digital games I buy are eShop exclusives or VC. I only got 8 more gb's because I never download full titles digitally

Upgraded the PS4 to a 2TB as soon as I bought it. Actually, downloading the April PS+ games pushed me past what the regular HDD would have been able to hold.

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.

Thinking about upgrading the PS4 hdd...between my inability to focus on a mere three or four games, my desire to have some multiplayer games available to play, and my wife having other games installed to play, I'm pushing that 500 GB.

Nope, my consoles memory chips are soldered and can't be upgraded.

As for storage though, I have upgraded my PS4 HDD.

My 8th gen collection

When I filled my 60GB 360 - I traded up for a 250GB Slim. My PS4 still has quite a bit of space but I swapped the meager 4GBs out of my 3DS for a 32GB card. The Wii U was something I went into knowing that I'd have to put an external on. The time is coming when I'll have to do so - despite Nintendo being wizards with file sizes.

EDIT: I buy most of my games retail, in a vain effort to avoid storage upgrades.

I have a 2tb hdd for my wii and I upgraded my fat 60gb ps3 to 160 right after I got it. That all though. Put a 500gb in a buddies ps3.
