Nop, I play on PC since 2008, I only have a WiiiU since june 2014, because games, new good games that really justifies the console,  a mountain of remasters adds no real value to any console library, and that´s how it is.

It kinda does when most owners on the console didn't own the last gen versions.  Metro redux getting a ps4 release was the best thing ever.  Much improved graphics and i got to play one of the best 2 games from last gen that I missed out on.

Then why are those games selling this well?

It may not add any value to those consoles for you, since you don't even game on non-Nintendo consoles, but to a lot of more open minded people, they do add value.

What they do is a lot of easy money, and fill the holes and needs of an inconsistent library. I hope this is not the way they are following the next years, probably just the first 2 years to give the console time as kerontan says.

And BTW, a PC is also a non-Nintendo console. And so much more.

Is a console and so many other things. I sit on my couch with my gamepad and play almost the exact same games that ps4 and xbo owners plays... so why is not counting as a console? It does exactly the same, in fact the new gen consoles are very very very similar to a pc.

Yes, The PC can do a lot more than mere consoles. That doesn't make them consoles. PCs aren't dedicated gaming platforms. Unlike the Wii U, PS4 and XBO.

No, I play games on the WiiU that only exists on WiiU and nowhere else. That´s why I bought it. But when I think on ps4 and xbo is like, wtf? I could have bought one this Xmas (probably a ps4) but I didn´t because I thought it would be a terrible waste of money, 90% of new gen games are on PC,  half of the greatest games of both consoles are remasters, many of those remasters looked better on PC years ago when they were released, most of the new gen exlusives are very dissapointing and.... more remasters, sorry but the new gen is very fucked up, and that goes for Nintendo too, but at least they can justify their console against any PC, the other 2 just can´t imo,  I think this will be bad on the long term, not on the first years.
