Chrono Cross is still my favorite soundtrack I think. Final Fantasy IX has the best music out of the FF games, and I guess the encapsulating Theatrhythm games deserve a mention too, although it's almost a cheat. Recently replaying Grim Fandango it has a fantastic soundtrack as well.
