Sony is very leniant on Naughty Dog. They can make whatever they want, and won't be forced to make a TLOU sequel just because it will make money.

Besides, anything Naughty Dogs develops will make money.

It will get a sequel if there is a story to be told, which is what Neil Druckmann has said.

We'll definitely see a sequel. Maybe to coincidence with the release of the film adaptation. It's now ND highest selling game and Sony highest selling game after gran turismo.
