Isn't Spaniard a name for the people in the Iberian Peninsula? Which includes territories from French Catalunya to Portugal?
Edit: Or is it Hispanic? (I don't like the usage of this name in the US for they include native South Americans or A.K.A Indians)

You also have to include Ballear and Canary Islands, plus Ceuta and Melilla in Africa.

I was talking about regions where identities were born, like Portuguese, Asturian, Catalan.

I mean nations.

I can't blame them. Beaches+great weather+relaxed attitude towards sex and drinking=not going to spend much time at home, writing on internet message boards lol. 


As someone who lives in Australia, I can safely say this idea that we're all tanned, hedonistic, beach-loving sex gods is definitely not true. I know a guy who knows a guy...

Obviously I was painting with broad strokes but, as far as sex and alcohol goes, you guys are much more lax than we are in the US. I was married to an Australian women for 7 years and it's a completely differently culture.
