Bad parenting is definitly at fault, but i do think these "F2P" games need to be regulated. There should be limits on how much spending there could be done per day, week and month. The way its unregulated now, its taking advantage of the ignorant and in this case underaged. It should be a crime to do that and the law needs to protect those that cant protect themselves.
