Personally , I would like to see what Bungie could come up next

I can't see why people don't want new games...

I want Destiny to be supported the whole generation...

It would be supported for a while as they have assured.

However I think that Bungie will be involed in other projects in the meantime as well. Otherwise it would be a waste of talent

Let's see how fast the Destiny world gets so lonely that Activision feels that it is "time to move on" and release another Destiny.

I'm confused. Didn't they say from the start the $500 million was for multiple games. Why is everyone going omg over this info?

I am confused that some still believe that there will be more Destiny's

Well, you are right. Let's hope there is still some money left to put the game in the direction it will be better than it currently is. Even before reaching lvl 20.

Bungie left Microsoft to work on something other than Halo, but they are now going to work for Activision for 10 years in the same game ?

That's a weird choice. I have doubts about Bungie's future.

Weird not really. Bungie got tired of the Halo story. They are obiously not tired of making FPS'. They wanted to do something new. Or Bungie got fed up dealing with MS lol. If you count all the Halo games they worked on. It is 10 years too.

So? Isn't that standard? Any less than that and you'd should be worried it's a half arsed product, any more than that and you should think "This sequel is taking a long time for something that already had resources in place already." Only time a game should take longer to develop is the first one or a redevelopment of a system.

Hmm, pie.

Also lawl at people who thought it would be one game for an entire gen with continued updates. Really?

I expected a game every 3 years at least.

Destiny is suppose to be like WoW or Diablo III... it will get big expansions but it will be played and loved the generation... there is no Destiny 2 but there is Destiny 2.0.
