EA Access is a blast and I'm sure your friends are smart buyers.
Just got done beating BF4 campaign, which was good. Now I'm on a roll with Peggle and soon I'm gonna download NFS.

Still can't beat the deal.

All the negativity people have toward EA Access reminds me of the original Xbox days when Splinter Cell 2 had some DLC come out and it cost $5. People were up in arms complaining, saying they wouldn't buy it.

Fast forward to now and few expect not to pay for DLC. It's a standard.

EA Access (more likely something akin to it in a subscription model) is a future we'll all come to accept in five years. Get over it.

Well tell your friends this. " I hope that you have enjoyed supporting a buisness model, which will one day lead to the destruction of gaming ". Please do not buy an Xbox One because of Ea Access, in a year's time you willl regret it because Ea will always find a way how to screw over the consumer.

If you realy think that the "gaming" is already dead with all the mobile FTP and the triumph of Steam in the PC market.

Or maybe you think Kindle and e-readers killed the "literature" or Netflix killed Cinema and TV... for me, they did.

That's exactly the reason why so many people are against it, because just like now in the future there will be many more inexperianced gamers with money to spend and it will become standard if we allow it. The point is to learn from history instead of repeating it by following a path that will be damaging to the industry.
