I don't think they did it on purpose because I don't see how they would gain anything from this. In my opinion they just didn't think it through. It doesn't make it better but there is a chance that they will fix that problem.

Faith in humanity is restored slightly by this poll. The reasonable option of asking Yoshida is beating the wilfull ignorants and the hypocrits, but unfortunately even when combined, and when including those who do nothing. Its lost the majority.

Thankfully though reason is conquering this time.

@max i asked that because their logic is not very smart. if they wanted to everyone to play,, all they had to do was to give a free demo to both psn plus and non ps plus members and if they liked it ,, then they can either purchase through the stores or at retail. This would have been a much easier and simpler solution. Heck they could have done it the way KI did it . That would have worked well . Or they could have given free lite version to psn plus version and if you like it ,, you can go to the store and buy it. The upgrade idea where its tied to your psn account is completely unecessary and stupid IMO

I agree. Earlier today I said I think they should offer different pricing. One with just a $10 discount on the regular game for the ps+ users that know they will buy the full game. Offer the "light" free game is fine. I think the "upgrade" is a bad deal and not worth it but U'm not going to compare this to always online because it isn't even remotely close

While your looking up definitions maybe you should look at polling and statistics

Why would you want to stop paying for PS+?

Perhaps you want to play the game in 10 years?!

Look, you don't have to understand and if you do you don't have to admit it.

However, realize that you are doing exactly what you have critized others for in the past, which is what hypocritical means.

You are defending a negative practice. It's just that simple. You might as well defend the lack of online Multiplayer in SM3DW, the exclusivity of Titanfall, and MS's X1 reveal. Because you are doing the exact same thing. You can call me whatever you want, attempt to derail the thread as much as you want nitpick about "bannable offenses", but I know the rules and I will not get banned because you refuse to face the facts.

I find it unlikely they would do this. Message Yosp, it'll be fixed.  It's probably some technical issue that needs to be solved.

Not bad of a fella Killinger, you can be nuisance sometimes but you're a girl of your word.
I respect that.

I agree. It's a BS decision. They have never had Plus discounted products tied to your PS+ account, so it's not OK for them to start, now. Especially when the discount is a measly $10 off a $60 game. Maybe if they were only charging you $10 or $15 to upgrade, but DEFINITELY NOT when they are charging you $50.

Having said that, I fully expect Sony to do the right thing and reverse they're decision if plenty of people make themselves heard.
