The numbers are currently pretty close. PS4 has done apprizingly well at launch in NA, but I agree, it is time seems to be coming to and end.

Shooters are huge in the US and Titanfall is the biggest new shooter out right now. Plus the Xbox One is $450 with a game, making that alone cheaper than the PS4. I have to hand it to both consoles for doing as well as they are considering they both have pretty unfortunate exclusive line-ups right now.

I don't think you understand, Indies don't count (unless they are on ID@xbox) neither do remakes, unless they're published by MS... and every input or output options is a gimmick unless it's Kinect, in which case they drive everyone crazy like little girls in front of the latest boys band!

So obviously, you can win the number game, but you cannot win the arguments.

Anyway, if we were to listen some fellow forum members here, the PS4 is already dead (after somehow selling over 220k units on the week of the 22nd, I wonder where Sony had those stored? if anything that shows how strong the demand still is and how much denial some people have left? I think he is right about one aspect, the PS4 seems to be much easier to find than it was about 2 or 3 weeks ago... and we still have to see if the demand for the xb1 will keep to its current level or if it will wane back to PS3/Vita levels of demand (I don't think there is a case to be made for it to sky rocket, but I am not Nostradamus either, who knows... maybe people really want Kinect sports).

PS4 is fucked. Sony should just quit now.

PS4 has too much momentum for the xbox to overcome even here in the states. Its all about word of mouth and the word currently is PS4. Titanfall gave it a boost but it won't sustain it. That dosent mean the system is a failure tho it does have some greats games it will just be scraping for 2nd place this gen.

To elaborate. We saw Xbox domination threads like this in January, February, and in the beginning of March. They all turned out to be false. TitanFall didn't do nearly as expected even though it's being given away for free. Do people not realize it's being given away for free?

This is one of those threads that will get bumped in a few months for being wrong, right?
