Yea but with Nintendo overlooking what they are doing and perhaps helping with some of their projects, I think it will be a really good combo. And we all know how good Nintendo is with quality control

Their gameplay is still generally good. Games like Art of Balance, Nano Assault Neo, and Jett Rocket play very well.

From interviews with them, I gather Shin'en want to stay independent cos they like having the autonomy to make whatever games they want.

It was FAST Racing Neo they were talking up visually, they haven't really talked about this new mystery game at all, except when they said they'll use 4k-8k textures in their Wii U games from now on.
