i dont get why cod4 is doing so well. played through it and was underwhelmed, although i did enjoy the heli mission.

Wow, I'm really happy cuz I like all the consoles and they all did well, but what the heck! It just seems like Wii & MS are really missing a great opportunity to capitalize but can't get their supply issues worked out. They really are risking a lot by allowing Sony to gradually work themselves back into this war rather than delivering a fatal knockout (which I'm glad hasn't happened). Now blu-ray is picking up steam, the ps3 cost of production is at break even and continually dropping, and big exclusives are going to be coming out---and MS allows themselves to have supply issues! WTH, MS needs to get their shit in gear...being outsold by the ps3 because you could only come up with 230,000 consoles in a month is pretty inexcusable.

Eitherway, congrats to ALL three major manufacturers...high demand is never a bad thing.

but i'm gonna predict next month the 360 will outsell ps3, according to NPD numbers. that is, as long as they get the shortage figured out. so at the very least, i predict that in march the 360 will outsell the ps3.

if i'm wrong, it'll only be because of blu-ray. we'll see how things turn out.

aside from that, i'm very excited about rock band and guitar hero numbers. hopefully, they make more of this kind of games! my kind of game.
