By 'big' game, you know I mean a game Nintendo feels has high potential to sell systems.

Mario 3D World is this year´s big Wii U game for the Holidays, we all know that, as for next year...DKC comes out in February, Mario Kart sometime in the first semester if I´m not mistaken (am I?), as much as I´ll (probably) enjoy Bayonetta 2 and X, I don´t think they´re 'system sellers'.

Yarn Yoshi?..probably not.

Am I missing something here?...Do we have any indication as to when Smash comes out, other than 'sometime next year'?...could they/will they probably save it for the Holiday?

Or perhaps something quite surprising, that we´ll know about at E3 2014?

Well... If I had to choose between Mario Kart 8 and Smash Bros, I would choose Smash Bros so Probably... If X comes out in 2014, I would want that to be the biggest game in 2014 but most people would pick Smash Instead

That's why I believe Zelda U is holiday 2014. My only fear is they pull another holiday 2008 and release Wii Music and AC U as big games.

Smash Bros. will be the biggest game regardless of a new Zelda or not.

Personally I'm hanging out for Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze to pick up a Wii U. Man I miss Dixie Kong! DKC2 was my all-time favourite and I feel this will play homage to it.

To be fair, AC isn't that small either. Would probably move quite a lot of consoles in Japan.

I think X has potential to be big, but I'm not sure if Nintendo will market it enough to make it big. Also, SSB is probably bigger than Zelda, so I don't see it as a bad thing.

Its gonna be a proper 3D Mario game from SDG 1, the guys who made the original Super Mario Galaxy. Will be revealed at E3.

Edit - And I wouldnt at all be surprised to see the return of the Vitality Sensor for Wii U at some point. Holiday 2014 seems as good a time as any.

Well, the Wii AC wasn't big. And I'm not sure the U version will sell as good as New Leaf.

Sold more than Skyward Sword. Of cource it won't sell as much as NL, but I doubt it will be a small game when it comes to sales. It had 4.48 million on Wii, hardly small sales.

Well, tbf, while those sales are good, it was not what Nintendo expected. But AC can be their holiday 2014. I hope for Zelda.

You and me both, for many reasons. But I think Animal Crossing would be too soon, unless they learned nothing from Animal Crossing City Folk. 

As far as I know Zelda doesn't do that well in Japan, so maybe they get Animal Crossing and the west get Zelda. :D
