Still have to go with Nintendo gaming as we know it would not exist without Nintendo.

Which studio?

Nintendo as a whole.  Plus Shigeru Miayamoto is still the most important/influental figure in the history of video games.

That is not fair lol. They have multiple studios.

I guess I have to go with EAD then since Miayamoto is the man in charge there.  Second favorite sub studio is  Sega AM2 even though Yu Suzuki is no longer working for them and they haven't had a huge hit for a while but I'm sure they are probably working on Virtua Fighter 6.

That one's easy. EAD. Easily the most influential developer of all time. They started it all for modern gaming. EAD. The Beatles of the gaming industry. Revolutionised generation per generation. There will never be another.

Definitely Valve, Nintendo EAD Tokyo and Retro Studios + the Nintendo EAD Software 3

Crash, Uncharted, TLoU. Even Jak is Godly today.

Valve seem incapable of making less than stellar games, too.

I would have considered Bioware once, but they're a shadow of their former self now.

Nintendo EAD, sure, even though I have not bought any of their games I can still see that they are quality.

I'm sad to say that I once considered Insomniac as candidates, but now they're nothing like they were in the past.

If Bungie pull Destiny off well I can see them being considered.

Sometimes I feel as if I like Sucker Punch much more than Sony fans do.

Yeah. I think Wright is the same. He says infamous 2 is his game of the generation.

I didn't play the Sly games, but the infamous games are great indeed.

Rockstar
Bungie
Naughty Dog
LucasArts back in the day...

Sly is a good series, but I have a thing for well-made superhero games. Batman: Arkham Asylum is the only PS3/360 game ever to crack my top 15 favorite games list.

Current best developers: Naughty Dog.
All time Favorite: Square / Square-Enix.
Rising Star: FROM SOFTWARE.

They definitely deserve an honorable mention! Best developer ever though? Maybe Blizzard and then Naughty Dog.

Naughty Dog -> Crash, Jak and Daxter, Uncharted, The Last of Us. All critically Acclaimed.
Rockstar Games (All Rockstar sub teams) -> GTA, Bully, Red Dead series, Max Payne, Manhunt, Midnight Club, The Warriors.
