Same here. I'm part of an indie dev team, but that doesn't make me an insider. Especially since our first game is going to be PC exclusive.

We're not ready to talk about it yet, because we just started development late last month. I can, however, assure you that it's not a huge undertaking and I'm mainly involved just to help a friend out.

That isn't my point. My point is why would Sony use one of their big announcements at VGX for a JRPG that is far from a system seller? It'll end up being another Gamescom, using a big stage for small announcements.


Why not?  It's not always about system sellers to the masses.  It's about catering to gamers first.

Considering how much airtime was given to White Knight Chronicles, I don't think Sony would be choosing a bad game to showcase.
