Just fix it with a patch. Nowadays there is no reason to delay software.

The version that the sites are reviewing yes but seems like MS/Activision are trying to reach 900p with a day one patch.

Maybe thats why there is a Day 1 update?

Did'nt the same guy that you posted a tweet from saying that Xbox One reviews will be coming later than PS4 reviews say that they have not even received review units yet? He specifically said that reviews will be done from events and that review consoles have not been distributed, so how could anyone be having trouble reviewing games due to the OS if the console has not been distributed to them yet?

They can't reviews the Xbone games yet due issues... now it is a OS issue I don't know but it is not because the difference of resolution or embargo like he said here:

And the PS4 is shipping without half of its features. Same story here, the OS it ships with might be buggy, but they (like the PS4) are coming out with a day one update. That should fix most problems, if there are actually any.

Reviewers talk on twitter... you can belive or not but it is true.

And he says nothing about a buggy OS...He says connectivity. Maybe server problems. Either way, as I said before, a buggy OS before launch is probably not an issue since they are updating it on day one anyways.
