Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Super Mario FPS

The Mario franchise over the years has pretty much covered most gaming genres..from 2D platforming, 3D adventures, Sports sims, puzzlers and kart racing. But what about a first person Mario adventure or fps?? sounds crazy i know, but what a great setting the mushroom kingdom would be instead of a post nuclear fallout or alien planets. There have been plenty of projectile weapons throughout the Mario games in the past to make this a possibility.
What do you think? could this work? am i drunk.. who knows.

@Topic: NO.

@Bold: Very few people can post here while drunk. I am one of those people; you need more training.

This is the sort of flexible definition that gave Wii owners a piss-poor Dead Space FPS.

Confirmed. XD

 And proud member of the Mega Mario Movement!

That is never happening, i can't even think of a cool way to make it work, unless they try to innovate like portal but then again it won't be a shooter.

I rather see a mario survival horror than a mario FPS

Hehe, that's why it's "technically" already done .
