That is PR 101.

Too little, too late, if you ask me.

I personally cannot understand the major business ethics of EA but they're holding some of my favorite companies hostage (Bioware, Dice and Visceral). I like this because its a charity and secondly because its giving us a lot. These are games EA has definitely already profited off of and can afford to give away anyway.

I just got Battlefield, Dead Space, Mirrors Edge, Crysis 2, Dead Space 3 for much less than I could've paid on consoles, even at Gamestop. These are definitely around $200 worth of games.

My laptop is definitely far stronger than any of my current gen consoles.

I know what you mean. I'm a fan of Bioware games, but i block EA on everything else.

My point is they cant buy our trust. They have to earn it.

Exactly my point. :)

I think the redeem code registration has gone down because people raped the humble bundle, specifically on origin rather than Steam.

It still works if you click on what I told you to in the earlier post regardless of the message of the day.

I just downloaded Origin and it said redeems down when I came up, but now it works. Pretty funny, for some time EA was taken advantage of.

So now i've got Dead Space 3 and Battlefield 3 on Origin and Dead Space, Mirrors Edge and Crysis 2 Maximum Edition on Steam. Holy Christmas Batman!

These are all great games but some will have to wait until I finish my console games outside of Battlfield. It is glorious though. All I need now is a good client to use my PS3 controller with my laptop. Know any good ones? I hate using the mouse unless the game is FPS.

Try using these:

http://www.motioninjoy.com/

I haven't personally used PS3 controllers on the PC, I prefer the SNES controller for platformers. (Keyboard+Mouse for everything else!)

I wouldn't recommend Motioninjoy. The thing is practically malware and the drivers (once installed) are really hard get rid of. It also needs to be online to work (standard version) and sometimes pops opens ads in your browser. BetterDS3 I hear, is fine though.

I personally did this. Took me a few minutes to install and it works like a charm. Works by tricking Windows into thinking that the DS is a Xbox 360 signed controller. Alternatively, there are other ways of getting a DS3 to work on a PC but they usually involve a lot of dabbling and generally take more effort.

All you just need a standard Micro USB cable or bluetooth device/adapter, a Dual Shock 3 controller.. and you are good to go.

Man origin product registration is down. they must be selling a lot of copies
