"According to the latest rumours, Rockstar and Google will announce Red Dead Redemption 2 for Stadia and PC at Stadia Connect on 19 August 2019. Apparently, the game will arrive to PC as an Epic Games Store exclusive during the holiday season."

RDR2 is definitely coming to PC, but I'm not sure if I believe this particular rumour. Still if it was EGS exclusive I can taste the meltdowns.

Oh, most definitely, but you'd know why people would be mired by it, wouldn't you?.

They are a well off studio, backed by an extremely well off publisher that is also their parent company. They don't need that little extra cut, and we already know that RDR2 has MTX riddled within.

I had thoughts in the back of my mind, that I might, might pick it up when it's reaches it's deep discount at some point in the future on PC, but if it does do that EGS deal, then I don't need to buy it at all. The game after all isn't on my "need this in my life" list, as it's more or less on my "might give it a go" one instead.

I mean, I've no real reason to support T2, when they outright stated that they didn't riddle GTA V with enough MT's, and now that same parent company is using mass shootings to present itself as some caring company?, nah man, that's disgusting, that's like trying to earn bonus brownie points for PR. No company should have two faces like that, and expect me to forget about the other one they showed not too long ago.

https://www.dsogaming.com/news/amd-radeon-software-adrenalin-2019-edition-19-8-1-released-adds-support-for-microsoft-playready-3-0/
AMD has released a brand new driver for its graphics cards. According to the release notes, the AMD Radeon Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.8.1 adds support for Microsoft PlayReady 3.0 on the Radeon RX 5700 series graphics products.
Furthermore, this new driver fixes a black screen or flickering when applying auto overclocking memory with games or applications running in fullscreen on the Radeon RX 5700 series graphics products. It also addresses the negative performance impact that mpact that Radeon AntiLag had in select games.
It’s also worth noting that this driver resolves the color corruption issue that could occur after installing the Radeon Software. This issue could occur on systems with Windows 10 May 2019 update. We had this issue and the only way we could resolve it was by restarting our system.

Steam adds 'played on another platform' as a new way to ignore games in the store
https://www.pcgamer.com/steam-adds-played-on-another-platform-as-a-new-way-to-ignore-games-in-the-store/
My Steam library currently sits at an embarrassing total of 322 games owned. I buy and redeem codes for a lot of games on Steam. But I do sometimes buy them on other stores or other platforms entirely. Undertale, for instance, I decided was a perfect game to play on my Nintendo Switch. So when Steam's Discovery Queue recommends it to me, I debate what to do. I treat Steam's machine learning systems like a new puppy: constantly at risk of picking up bad habits if I tell it the wrong thing.
So I just skip it every time I see it, afraid that if I hit "Ignore," Steam will think I don't like Undertale and will show me fewer things like it. I do like Undertale, I just don't want to buy it again to prove a point to Steam. I also don't want to clog up my wishlist with things I actually own. Fortunately, Steam has now added a separate checkbox in a dropdown under the "Ignore" button called "played on another platform."

MODS/EMULATORS

You can now play as Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy 7 in Resident Evil 2 Remake
https://www.dsogaming.com/news/you-can-now-play-as-cloud-strife-from-final-fantasy-7-in-resident-evil-2-remake/
Modder ‘ZeratulYT’ has released a new 3D character swapper mod for Resident Evil 2 Remake. As the title suggests, this mod allows you to play as Cloud Strife from Square Enix’s Final Fantasy 7. As with most similar mods, this simply replaces the main character and nothing more.
It’s a cool mod, though there is something really wrong with Cloud’s hair when he is wet. Seriously, his hair in rainy scenes looks like gel or something. Or like shiny jewels. The modder needs to address this in a future version as it breaks overall immersion.
Other than that, the 3D model appears to be using low-resolution textures. I don’t know whether this is something that can also be resolved. Unfortunately the modder has not released any screenshots and the YouTube trailer is heavily compressed. Still, it would be awesome if ZeratulYT could use higher quality textures.
But anyway, and despite its issues, I’m pretty sure that some Final Fantasy fans will find this mod cool. As a bonus, I’ve also included below another mod from ShivaPSOBB that allows you to play as RAmar from Phantasy Star Online.
>> Both Cloud's mod and RAmar's mod are from Nexus Mods, and you'll need FluffyQuack’s Manager to install them.

This Witcher 3 mod turns Geralt of Rivia into a man resembling Henry Cavill
https://www.pcgamer.com/this-witcher-3-mod-turns-geralt-of-rivia-into-a-man-resembling-henry-cavill/
There was plenty of skepticism floating around the internet when we first heard that Henry Cavill would star as Geralt of Rivia in the upcoming Netflix Witcher series. The first look at Cavill with Geralt's long silver hair didn't quite convince us either. After the trailer hit, though, it seems like just about everyone is on board with Cavill's Geralt and his massive biceps, including modders.
A Witcher 3 mod uploaded on Nexus Mods today does the inevitable: it swaps Geralt of Rivia's face with the other Geralt of Rivia's face. Modder "Adnan4444" certainly took pains to get Cavill's nose just right. It's a pretty darn good likeness, at least in the screenshots uploaded with the mod.

The return of Retail Row is a good news/bad news situation. The good news is that prices have been drastically reduced—you won't find a better deal anywhere! The bad news is that the Rift Zone that reverted the Mega Mall to Retail Row also ushered in hordes of Fiends, and they're nastier than Wal-Mart shoppers on Black Friday.
