Theres many different types of gamer like hardcore,casual. But what generation  are you from. i personally am from the 90's era. i played The Genises,PlayStation,N64. i then went on to buy a PS2, and plaed alot of GAMECUBE and Xbox. Did you start on the Magnovox Odessy or NES. Tell me :)

I started with the Atari 2600 at a friend's place. My own first console was an NES.

Started on NES in the late 80's. had that along with SNES, psone, N64, ps2, xbox, xbox 360. If counting handhelds, Also had the original gameboy, gameboy color, gameboy advance.

Gamecube generation.

started with the 5th gen with a playstation(or maybe it was 4th the the orginal gameboy;the one that took like 4 batteries)

I'm a 5th gen. Started with the nin 64 and ps1.

2nd / 3rd

First console I played on was old 2600, but it was the NES that made me fall in love with gaming.

I seriously kicked off with a PS1 and Crash 3. But I really found my tastes and dedicated most of my time to the PS2. So, 6th gen!

I started with the SNES/N64 and PS1 pretty much at the same time (~2000), so I don't quite fit the poll^^

I'm from the NES era. But I wasn't really into video games until my daddy bought me a PlayStation One.
