What I find hilarious is it will most likely be available in his country when microsoft launch it in his country. Samemas ps4. In fact uk owners had to wait 5 months after many other regions for ps3.

Seems like sony fans stirring up crap that isnt there.

So funny that xbox one preorders are killing ps4. At least somfar.
Anyway I preordered 6 launch titles now for xbox one. Paid in full. Just the last £300 TO PAY ON CONSOLE AND ITS MINE DAY 1.

wow. That's pretty direct and damning.

Its painfully obvious WiiU/PS4 is going to destroy Xbone in sales and rightfully so with all these changes.

I'll wait for first year to make any claims, but I'm thinking we may be back in the sales of the real Xbox 1. Maybe that's the reason for the name...

Then why don't they ask where he is actually from and tell him that? Why just say 'Sorry'? Xbox Live isn't currently available in most of Eastern Europe and most of South East Asia. If these regions will be available to XBL by Xbone's launch, then tell us.

It will be interesting to see if Sony can release in Japan/Asia early in 2014, if so, they are going to get a much easier time of first year than MS.

Only concern i have right now is Sony have not announced a date yet, I am hoping its because they are looking to see if they can release in October/September rather than November as most people expect. Because that would be massive if so.

Customer support is hamstrung to NEVER, EVER, EVER give a negative response to anything said, outside of it blowing up on the Internet, and making the company look worse.  So, you get nothing about calling someone a troll or fanboy or smacking them.  Idea is to have some sort of bland positivity that blurs the complaint to where everyone loses track of what the complaint is about.
