I've always actually wanted to watch the series, I just never get around to it.

Don't go around telling people that. Because the next thing you know, you're busy watching through more than half a dozen hours of a boring, overrated sci-fi movie series on your 15th birthday. It underwhelmed me so much, it ain't even funny.

OT, I'd say Back to the Future Part III. Although rewatching it for the first time highlighted some inconsistencies, it's still a pretty satisfying conclusion to an excellent set of movies.

Seriously? You are the only person that I've ever met who said Star Wars is boring.

Well.....I found it boring too. I watched it when I was younger though and never had the desire to rewatch it. I might think differently if I watched it now, however, I do remember thinking the acting was just atrocious (both the originals and the newer movies), which always surprised me because they had some quality actors in the movies. I always assumed they had some horrible screen writers (or whoever writes the dialogue/directs the actors).

Toy Story is the greatest film trilogy of all time. No other maintains that level of quality throughout all 3 movies.

But yeah I'm going with Toy Story 3.

Batman and the original star wars trilogy maintaned high quality...

I'll give you batman (assuming you're not talking about the series started byt tim burton) but the original star wars trilogy??? It went from empire to jedi....to put it in perspective that's like going from godfather 2 to 'muppets take manhatten'...

anyway my top 5 are (in no order)

batman (chris nolan trilogy), Lord of the Rings, Toy Story...er can't think of 5...every other good trilogy I can think of had a pretty weak conclusion...

The dollar trilogy indeed.

Too many youngsters on here though so this will never win lol.

as much as the prequel trilogy sucked it had a better conclusion than the original trilogy, if only because sith sucked slightly less than the the previous 2 movies. With the original trilogy, empire was a hard act to follow, and it seemed lucas and co didn't even try...

Never seen Star Wars or Lord of the rings.

1. Toy Story 3
2. Bourne Trilogy

No other series is worthy of ranking imo. I've seen Batman, but TDKR was pretty crappy.

TDKR was pretty crappy...I already know your taste in movies is horrible.

The only answer is...

Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade

The perfect trilogy.
