As far as consoles go, I'd actually put Uncharted 3 above it; The Last of Us is probably technically superior, though only marginally, but I prefer the more colourful look of UC3.

It still looks amazing, and is easily one of the best looking console games ever made, but it doesn't quite wow me as much as UC2 and 3 did.

Definitely not, it may be one of the better looking games on consoles but there's a lot of games that look just as good if not better. I think Beyond looks better and I think God of War: Ascension is going to be the best game graphically on consoles, it already blows away the competition and just wait until they start showing more in January with more up to date code, minds will be blown.

I just want to grab you and shake you around until you stop being so grumpy about GoW: A. Why would you be against a video game which has the sole purpose of entertaining you? If you'd played the game from start to finish and didn't love it I'd understand but there's nothing to be against, especially considering you've said you loved it's predecessor and even rated it a 10/10. You know you're going to at the very least like the game and probably even love it more than GoW3 so stop being pessimistic!

If the idea of another prequel is what's bothering you then just imagine it as a reboot or something, with all the changes and the new multiplayer component it may as well be to be honest. In January Sony Santa Monica are going to start talking about and showing more of the single player so hopefully it'll reassure you that you shouldn't be against God of War: Ascension but should be excited for it.

My friend was playing a Sierra game called F.E.A.R. on the 360 which had it. Not that it"s important but just wanted to mention.
