Forums - Sony Discussion - FFVersusXIII - Nomura draws Noctis: "Please wait for his turn to appear."

If not at this event, they'll more than likely reveal a release date (hopefully) at TGS.

Not going to be at the event, the first presentation will be about Lightning saga, the other presentations have nothing to do with XIII all together. TGS it is.

So it's 25th Anniversary art from the man who ruined Final Fantasy. Ironic, in a way.

How did Nomura ruin FF? Unless you REALLY don't like his character designs. But the story is always done by someone else.

Anyway, nice art. But how long do we have to wait?

Can't wait.

Nobody cares about this game anymore.

Well, that's not completely true. The base story of VII was his, he also was the battle director of both VII and VIII.

He didn't ruin anything really. A quick look at the most hated FF games (X-2, XII, XIII, XIII-2) we'll find that he did nothing more than the characters design in X-2, XIII, XIII-2, and did absolutely nothing in XII (which explain forgettable characters). Nomura works are always well-received by the fans. The hate usually comes from XII die-hard fans who goes like "Open World FTW !!" :p.

I think a dedicated event is more likely for Versus.
