Forums - Movies & TV - What's the worst movie you've ever seen?

Episode 50....

It was supposed to be a documentary-style film about ghosts and paranormal phenomenon but it failed horribly.

Seriously, the actual filming was filled with incoherences all along. Yuck!

This boggles my mind, who in there right mind thought that was a good idea. What a shame the first one was one of the best and personal favourite movie I ever watched.

Same here. So, naturally, I watched the 2 on netflix (not sure if it is still on there) and it just never got good. And what they do with Patrick Batetmen at the beginning is so dumb.

that Postman movie
Kevin Costner really sucks

A couple have said 2001: A Space Odyssey isn't up to scratch. If you haven't yet, give it a good chance. It's one of the truly great films ever made. AFI has at as #1 Sci-fi and #15 on their top 100.

I collect bad movies and these are the worst of the worst from my collection:

Undefeatable aka Bloody Mary Killer
Zipperface
Druids
Skeleton Man
Manos: The Hands of Fate
Hard Rock Zombies
Gymkata

I'm not recommending any of these. They are not comically bad. They are just awful.

Ghostrider.

Nicholas Cage is terrible.

About 2001 A Space Odyssey, what the heck is that movie? I tried watching it but after like 20 minutes of NOTHING happening, i gave up. It was so boring. Is there even a plot to that movie? Worst movie though is some sky trooper animated movie or something like that. It made me physically ill.

2001 is more of an experience than a movie per se. It's a very unusual movie at least, but I enjoyed it greatly. So weird, different and the special effects are amazing (for the time the movie was made)

The orginal Planet of the Apes which is also from 1968 special effects are pretty much on par with 2001 not to mention the makeup is better.  Not only that it actually has a plot and a orginal score instead of rehashing a bunch of classical songs.

AFI is only slightly better in making top 100 lists then VH1.  Not to mention they are completly biased towards American films.

The Room

.......I swear he spent 7 million just to see that chick in the buff

Pretty much this. The Room is so bad it's hilarious though

I recommend everyone watch it.  It will make everything else in your life just plain look good.

Jonny!

But the important thing to remember while watching it is that you...oh hey Mark!

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

- George Orwell, ‘1984’

Worst film I'd recommend is The Room, but then again anyone who loves bad movies has probably already seen it.
