Forums - Website Topics - How to block VGChartz Avatars! (only Firefox and Opera for now)

Oh dude, you put the the vgchartz solution to shame. I like the idea of people having control over what annoys them rather than site having to do a crackdown on individual expression. Good job on informing us on reasonable ideas and solutions as usual.

You should change the thread title so it more accurately reflects it can solve the sites current great controversy that is trying to ban all T and A.

Thanks for that tads.

This solution was proposed in the "Topless avatars too much?" thread but it was never explained in detail like you did. I still think it's the better solution to this avatar business.

That's all good and well Tads, but I would rather look at boobies.

You're not seeing the big picture here yet

(By allowing users to control what they see and don't, the rules might get a little more lenient as those that dislike certain things now have the knowledge and tools to control it. Rather than complaining now, they can just get rid of it on their own and allow people such as yourself to continue galloping in your glorious garden of gazongas)

I'm won't be seeing the pictures at all soon.  :(

(I understand exactly what you're saying, but like playing up that I'm less intelligent than I really am so I can complain for no reason whatsoever.  BTW, Glorious Garden of Gazongas would be a great name for a movie)

I thought we weren't allowed to suggest using that add-on on the site. I don't think ioi would appreciate this solution.
