 Not at all. I was merely suggesting that whilst it going into Beta testing is progress, it's not really any kind of good indication as to when the game will get released. For all you know, the officiall announcement could come that it'd be for a 2009 release (that's just guessing, not to be taken seriously), or it could even be announced for '08, but because of issues arrising during testing it has to be pushed back.

 Thats the effects of beta testing, everything has to be done thoroughly with a toothcomb and if something comes up, it has to be solved, and because software development (I imagine) is so unpredictable, it's impossible to plan a solid release date and stick to it in most cases.

 MGS4 being on such a scale it is could easily fall into this and become victim to itself. 

I hope it comes out before april.

 If it's going into beta testing only now - that sounds unrealistic, even for a Japanese release.
