I'm confused about this. Did they revise their forecast? I thought they kept it at 16 million. That would be just under 20 million shipped by the end of March. Seems rather ambitious, even if they stuff the channel significantly.

This article was poorly done, it was focusing on the Japanese Market of 4 million sales target by the end of the 3DS year. (Second paragraph shouldn't exist, because I don't even know the source of that).
