But what I want to know is do you think that the gameplay shown in the video is genuine or not?

I personally think it's fake, but so many people seem convinced it's real.

BTW i'm really really bored, hence the jokey thread title.

Doesn't look real to me. But I do think we'll see a Halo DS.

Matt Casamassina posted some gen-you-wine Halo DS footage from a beta that he somehow got his paws on. So there really was a Halo DS which never made it to release. I have no idea if that was it or not.

Yes, IGN have stated it's real several times, it was canned as far as anyone knows, I think one day we might see it finished and released, about a 50/50 chance of it ever happening.

Bungie said Halo isn't a game for a console like the DS.

Its not fake, but it is canned!!

Probably Canned as of Bungie bailed on Microsoft's control over them.

It was never a game, but a developer came to them with the idea and a build of the game. Bungie stated that before. I remember reading it on Kotaku when Matt showed this on his blog.
