Nothing.
I don't gain any thanks to fast metabolism. I've been at around 71kg+-2 for the last 4 years now.

Lucky, weight is a very troublesome to me, i can't function currectly if i don't constantly work out.

Nothing at all.
What ever my diet is, i never get fat, so i don´t need to loose weight.

Low carbs is the only thing that's really worked for me, I lost 17kg (40lbs?) over about 4 months on low carbs. Forget the whole counting calories thing, low carbs means you don't have to count calories you just have to be strict about where you get the calories from: bacon, egg, mushrooms and cheese for breakfast = good, cornflakes for breakfast = bad. Ham & cheese salad for lunch = good, ham and cheese sandwich for lunch = bad.

I just be me.

I can't gain weight for the life of me, though. Maybe when I'm out of my teen years...

I stopped drinking soda and other beverages with high sugar content, and I also stopped eating junk food like chocolate bars or other candy bars. Plus just generally trying to eat a bit healthier.

My weight peaked at about 183lbs in early July and that's when I decided to follow the plan I stated above, and just one that alone (no working out or anything) I'd down to about 175lbs currently. So like 8 pounds lost by doing absolutely no work, just eating/drinking smarter.

I lost 65kg by eating high protein/low carb foods, such as steak. If you start to feel hungry between meals, fill yourself up on water. It might sound bad, but trust me you get used to it in no time. After awhile, sweet stuff starts to taste too sweet...

For an estimate, try not to eat anything with more than 5g per 100g of carbs, and 1g per 100g of carbs for drinks.

I do what you do except i walk/run and work out with weights. It's slow but i don't focus on being skinny, more muscle mass but not too muscular either :P

Gaming on: PS4 Pro, Switch, SNES Mini, Wii U, PC (i5-7400, GTX 1060)

I go to the gym for 2 hours a day, 4 days a week. Ride my bike to and from school every day, often twice a day because of gaps in my schedule (so 30 mins or an hour total biking). I cook every meal I eat from scratch, and I always cook healthy dishes. I never keep any junk food in my house, and I almost never put any sauce on my sandwiches, rice, pasta, or any dish. If you make it well, you don't need sauce.

It sounds like a lot, but I'm in pretty good shape. I also play a lot of soccer in the summer.
