I wouldn't exactly say that the 3DS is flat just yet.  I mean maybe if it were only down by a few 100's, bit it's down over 1,000 units from last week.  And I believe the week before the boost from Golden Week, it was at ~23K.  So it may continue to drop still.

I'm pretty sure it won't, with One Piece, RE, Tales and Zelda it won't drop below 20k for the whole June. July could be a different story if we have another game's hole...
