The Nintendo DS was SORELY devoid of fighting games....and off the bat we get two badass games (SSFIV and DOA), with potential for a third. We fighting game fans have suffered for the last 7 years. It's our turn now. 


Don't forget the Blazblue CS 2 3DS port.  Seriously, even just going by already announced games, the 3DS has an epic line up of 2d fighters.

I think next month will be Monster Hunter 3G's time.

I can feel it.Announced in a special event in Japan as they've done for MHP3rd.It's time,Capcom,come on!

hmm, if it's Ono it might have something to do with his attempts at a Darkstalkers revival, or maybe his fanboy idea of Nintendo vs CAPCOM (seriously, Ike vs Nero or Samus vs Cammy would be epic). Why can't Captivate come sooner?

Considering how those games are all within the first few months? On a Nintendo handheld? Yes. Quite frankly, those three game alone blow away the entire roster of DS fighters. And this is coming from a DS fan.

lol I see, Well my comment was half sarcastic as it is a little ridiculous to announce minor announcements.  But otherwise i don't have that much of a problem with them.  I do think Monster Hunter  will come to the 3DS.  I see nintendo really pushing to have good relationship with capcom. They included SFIV in the main 3DS commercial and Nintendo Power had it on its cover. Also 2 Resident evil games are coming to the 3DS, so i can see some behind the scene agreements between Nintendo and Capcom.
