Oh... or not.
1.9 Million 360's vs our estimation of 2.6? Wow.
I fear for the PS3 numbers if that leak is true...
Carl2291 said: PS3 over by a bit. 360 about right. Wii over. |
You really speak too soon.... 1.9 million xbox 360 if the above post is right.
Lets track Carl on how right he is! :P

Seriously?! Jesus, what the hell MS? Did you seriously screw up your supply line? Not even up 50% on November.

So EEDAR was spot on on 360...I hope they weren't spot on on the rest.
Immortal said: I expect 3.8m-4.1m (yes, Nintendo seriously said over 7m despite being at nearly 9m for the year, :P) for Wii, 1.7m-2.1m for 360 and 800k-1.1m for PS3. The most realistic expectation with the data we have (not counting VGC) would be 2.8m for Wii, 2.2m (shortages) for 360 and 1.2m for PS3, but that's too easy. |
It's all going according to plan...

According to Aegis
With $6.2 billion spent at retail, more money was spent on Xbox 360 than any current generation console in 2010
Microsoft also maintains they're the only publisher to demonstrate YOY growth for december. So, wii sold more, ps3 sold less.
Just want to play good games
360 is the only console up YOY so Wii is below 3.8 million and PS3 below 1.35 million.

:edit: Yes, I realize the Wii comment was obvious.
