If you look at History China has always came up only to be knocked back down by themselves. I'm personaly so damn tired of people on forums being all "Doom & Gloom", if China became powerful, it really means nothing at all, other than America, Russia and other western countries wouldn't be the only extremely powerful nations anymore.

China does not have nearly as much global influence on the world in all forms of media as America to completely ever take it over. They are heavily depended on products from other countries. China may hate Japan but i bet every single citizen owns a Japanese product. Japan was expected to become more powerful than the western nations also once upon a time ago because of how quickly they rose up, and what happened? Sony just bought Columbia pictures, Japan never became the world power it was projected to be, and America lived on.

The only thing worse than the doom & gloomers are the ones who actualy want China to take over the world lol. Also for those talking about wars? that will most likely not happen China is depended on the stability of the economy in America & western nations.

I think the only bad thing about chinese people is that some of them eat dogs and cats.

Other than that, I couldn't careless if they dominate more a market or the other. You can't blame anyone if they work more than you and they're taking advantage out of it. You're the one who's gotta move your ass if you want to catch up.

China, well they have a lot of people there, they have always had an empire vision of government, thus the Comunist Party follow the same traditional patters, well almost. I'm not defending them, the suppresion of Human Rights there is just an attrocity. But, again who can actually judge them. The UN? XD

I really don't care, but I think that you should go ahead with your boycott, serioulsy. At least you will be doing what you think is right. You may not have the best arguments, nor the best defense but is what you may fell better. Myself i try to not use US products :) Thats easy, but avoid China products, thats an epic task. Sorry but I'm fairly nationalistic. I'd like to see jobs stay in North America and not all go to China.

Well, I'm an American citizen who's Chinese so allow my perspective to be read:

1. Fuck Japan, they can die in a fire or by multiple nukes, I wouldn't give a shit and Chinese all over the world would scream "hells yes!" if that happens, sure, no anime or manga would suck but they have a shitty ass government anyways.

2. Propaganda is retarded, China is changing, and there is nothing wrong with what they are doing, they are trying to grow stronger as a country, which every other country in the world is trying to do, only they are actually doing it, oh wow? They are still a communist state, no shit, but it's not like the US doesn't have communisim incorperated into it's structure, it's all a percentage game.

3. How they decide to run their country is none of anybody elses' fucking business, at least they are not uncivil like the North Korea's retarded ass leaders.

4. I live in the US and I'm happy here, I'd gladly pick up a gun and defend this country if I have to, but if I get drafted just so I can fight somebody else's war (Korea for example,) I'd be pretty fucking pissed. I'm one for defending, not going out there dying for no good fucking reason besides to prove a stupid ass point and get killed.

China hands out long prison sentences for political activists/government protesters  and death penalty is frequently handed out by Chinese government. Economic saboteurs  are given death penalty in China, just like Stalin's Russia. There is no such thing as human rights or civil liberties is ultra conservative China.

If it were not for America the planet would be shitty place where everyone works like 12 hours a day for 10$ a month building another Great Wall and DniproHES. Just look at those Commies bastards. You must have esteemed all these achievments and the world order as is established by US.


I just think you're talkin to the wrong people :P  they've done some good things in the past, but maybe for the wrong reasons as well. if we're talkin WW2, we can talk about the nuke bomb and the post war agreements which have shifted the world to what it is today.  Anyways i'm gonna go to sleep now, so good night!

As long as we are talking about a government structure, everybody is a looser, if people still don't understand that ALL of them suck because they are all run by "HUMANS with self ambitions!" then they need some serious mind shocks, and that's most people in the world actually.
