When is the slim coming out in Japan?

it sold 17k last week and 7k this week... thats a big boost in 360 terms.

I thought that was the price cut. Why on earth did MS release it in Japan before Europe? USA fair enough but they need to set their priorities....in order to maximise sales.

Im still wondering if it would be better to have not being in Japan and pumped the millions from that venture into Europe. It would have gained more sales than actually being in Japan...

What is interesting is we are now heading towards the time when PS3 had it's price cut and the new slim model last year (sept 1st?).

American numbers should be well over 100K for the 360, unless of course MS was unable to get any supply of the 360s in, which could very well be the case since most stores are on back order till July 13th.
