Keep it in the football thread

Its funny how the world cup turned out for that group
Germany dominates Serbia but loses
Serbia dominates Australia but loses
Lesson of the day...dont dominate the game.
Also Austria beat France 3:1 in the qualification, but they couldn't make it to the world cup.
I'm also sure they would have performed better than France.

I wish the winner out of that match to had suffer pretty much, cause Argentina might be next.
You have it all wrong dude, they got past the first round because they won 2 out of the 3 games, scored 5 goals and received 1. I don't see how they are the "worst team".
Serbia won only 1 game, lost 2.
Winning a game doesn't mean you are the best team.
All the matches in the World Cup were pretty lack luster until I saw Germany beat Australia 4 - 0
I haven't seen many matches since because work has kept me busy, but after that match I was under the impression that Germany was up there with Argentina Brazil and Mexico as this World Cup's top teams.
But no, I guess your logic is right, and somehow Germany got through even though they were worse than the other three teams, that makes perfect sense, they magically conjured winning points and goal difference out of the air ; )

Wow, man. Now that's just sad. We don't get a separate thread for the World Cup, but only one for everything concerning football. Meanwhile Americans even get separate threads for the off-season of their big sports. |
Well if people are talking about it in one thread, why replicate in another thread?
