Forums - Sony Discussion - Bombshell:Patcher reveals David Jaffe's new game before E3!

I watched the episode and I'm like 99% sure it was a joke. The game could be in production but Pachter was just messing around.

“So I think that unfortunately Sony really does have good first party content, (none Move first party content like [David Jaffe’s Twisted Metal 2 Game),” he said.

I hate quotes like that. What did he actually say?

Those quotes are done completely incorrectly. However done properly they should just replace a pronoun with a noun. Example: "The series has gone way down hill since the second one in my opinion," would becomes "[Twisted Metal] has gone way down hill since [Twisted Metal 2] in my opinion."

The above statement also holds true. I really liked TW2, but since then none of them have really done it for me. Each one moves further away from what I like. Hopefully this changes, but I don't think it will sadly. Ah well, potentially good news for those who have remained fans at least.

You should try the PSP version if you like the old-style Twisted Metal over the darker style. It's basically the proper sequel to TM2 (3 & 4 were made by a different studio)

please be correct patcher!

Being in 3rd place never felt so good

Thanks. So it's a rule of thumb that whereever they use [word] it means that the quoted person actually said something else than [word], but for our convenience the quoter exchanged the original word into another word that lets the meaning of the sentence out easier?

But i still dont know how the ( ) are being used in citation. :/
