Under 15,000 sold this week what the hell is going on in America. I love my PSP and there are some seriously great games coming out for it this year and next. Peace Walker, Kingdom Hearts BBS, New God of War, Mod Nation Racers, FF Agaito, New Parasite Eve game forget the name 2cd Birthday or something, Valkyria Chronicles 2, Persona 3, Disgagea Infinite, Godeater, and Monster Hunter Freedom 3. I really don't understand why the system is getting zero love when the rest of the world seems to like it. 

Yes a price cut and a nice new bundle would be good but seriously the PSP to America is like the 360 to Japan.

WHY?

There are a couple of reasons.

1.) It needs a price cut.

2.) It needs to be advertised.

3.) It needs a price cut.

It needs a pricecut. Even metal gear and God of war can only do so much without one.

There haven't been any good games to pirate lately.

The DS owns North America. I don't know why people don't buy it in South America. Oh wait, is it even for sale down there? If so, than it needs a price cut.

I love, love, absolutely LOVE my PSP. I used to play it every day but lately the software has just been trickling in.

It's a tad on the pricey side (and thus parents probably won't buy for their kids) and it just needs more software support. Not that the software support is horrible, but it's not good either.

Piracy. Truth is Sony can't do much about it. PSP are not being played "correctly". The only thing that will give it more life is a price cut to $99 and may only work short term before sales fall again.

The PSP could definitely use a pricecut.

I love my PSP and get some type of odd guilty pleasure out of playing PS2/PS1 games on the Go. Some of the worst criticisms that the system has received (to many ports, all it is is ports, etc) is one of my favorite parts of the system.

Even when I dont want to play games, watching Anime on it is fantastic. It does not deserve all the hate it gets (or lack of love from buyers).


Besides...PERSONA 3 PORTABLE! Junpei Hat here I come!
