Sony actually said they weren't intending to, they said they would give people options. Now everytime I've seen the term options bandied about, its something which is sold seperately. On the Xbox 360 you have the option of a HDD, option of wireless, option of a rechargable battery. Option = you buy it seperately. So that means at least the $300 SKU won't have it.

Btw whats the relevance of Sony's ability to sell a system for $600?

You forgot the main reason it'll struggle to make 10 million: not being a launch peripheral.

Still the we all know what hapened the last time people were predicting a Sony product would fail to achieve 10 million in sales.

The level of commitment Sony has to this product and its strategic importance to them will be reflected in the amount of bundling it gets. I'll be watching with interest.

Good points, but I was wondering were you talking about the PS3 or PS3 software? Many people did predict the Go! would fail to move much and its hard to keep track of which failed prediction is which!

The biggest challenge facing Move is creating software that surpasses what Nintendo is doing on Wii.  Everything hinges on that.

Move will go beyond the Ps3, will be compatible with ps4, only reason it may sell more than 10 million.

Natal will also go beyond xbox, will go to windows PC and the next gen xbox.

Natal will sell more than Move, that is a given.

But Move will be better than Natal.

I doubt Sony intend to sell >10M units. "Move" is a defensive move, rather than offensive. They don't want and just won't convince Wii owners to buy a PS3, but they do expect to convince PS3 owners NOT to buy a Wii.
