So far all of the driving games I've played are a bit shit as the controls are a bit laggy feeling.

Civilization: Revolution - Same as the DS game. A fun, streamlined Civ.

Undercroft - A solid first-person, turn-based dungeon crawler.

The Secret of Monkey Island - It's Monkey Island... on a phone!

Glyder 2 - I've actually only played the first Glyder, but I really enjoyed the tilt-flying experience and I've seen this one come up in recommendation lists.

PewPew - A free shooter in the vein of Geometry Wars, it has the best implementation of 'virtual dual analogs' I've seen.

Chop-chop - surprisingly fun for a tap-based action/platformer.

Tyrian - A kickass DOS shmup ported to the iPhone.

Racing isn't really my thing, but Real Racing is widely regarded as the best on the platform.

Pretty much all of these games have a demo version, so try before you buy.

peggle and fieldrunners is pretty good too

Best race games are:
Need for speed Shift, Real racing & GT Academy
Best kart racer is Crash Bandicoot racing..
fun racer: Jet Car stunts

Other fun games: Space Invaders infinte gene (one of the best games ever...) Alive 4 ever, Transformers G1 Awakening.. Edge (great puzzle game, may have a different name now..)

Didn't like the CoD Zombies demo, just played Monkey Island on PC not long ago and there isn't a lot of reason to replay if you still remember what the puzzles were.

K, bought NOVA and Angry Birds as my last games. No longer getting anymore paid content. Free game recommendations are still welcome, however.

Words with Friends is the most addictive game ever!!!!

People keep recommending Tetris and I just really have to disagree.

The controls technically work but it's not fun. You play on level 0 just fine with few problems, but the controls become more and more of an issue the higher the level you get. Naz has a DS so there's no reason to get the iPhone Tetris.
