on ER bills leaving the state to pick up the charges at a much higher rate than needed. On top of that the conditions have likely very advanced as that is what pushes them to seek the medical care further jacking up the costs. There are advantages, but only for those that can pay. Those that can pay is a rapidly decreasing number due to sky rocketing cost.
My reasoning for the health care slam is related to how well coverage is spread, cost, and ability for the poor to get proper treatment. Currently the US system costs more per capita than any of the socialized countries. On top of that cost has been increasing at 5-8 times the rate of inflation. I don't even want to mention the rate it is rising at in comparison to wages. Poor end up skipping out
and possibly also on it for some other related expenses. So short version (he says three wall posts later) is potentiall a few hundred million if everything goes bad. In theory it could reach the billion range, but Sony will simply settle the potential class action law suit out of court before that happens even if they are blameless.

Oddly that is probably exactly my plan. I know a couple people who barely use theirs. Might even be able to convince one of them to buy it and then just borrow both for maximum savings. My gaming budget is wiped out with the 3DS and Portal 2 right after each other.
