on ER bills leaving the state to pick up the charges at a much higher rate than needed. On top of that the conditions have likely very advanced as that is what pushes them to seek the medical care further jacking up the costs. There are advantages, but only for those that can pay. Those that can pay is a rapidly decreasing number due to sky rocketing cost.

My reasoning for the health care slam is related to how well coverage is spread, cost, and ability for the poor to get proper treatment. Currently the US system costs more per capita than any of the socialized countries. On top of that cost has been increasing at 5-8 times the rate of inflation. I don't even want to mention the rate it is rising at in comparison to wages. Poor end up skipping out

and possibly also on it for some other related expenses. So short version (he says three wall posts later) is potentiall a few hundred million if everything goes bad. In theory it could reach the billion range, but Sony will simply settle the potential class action law suit out of court before that happens even if they are blameless.

Fow work, relocation, and pushing out the new security system including testing for flaws. At least that will be the published cost for the purposes of the court. A lot of that might not be footed by them though. There is reason to suspect it was a social engineering hack performed on the company who was storing the data which means that company is on the hook for the outside contracting

That is hard to say at this juncture. if they are found negligent then there will be a really nasty class action lawsuit to the tune of hundreds of millions. In terms of secutiry, man a lot. They appear to be moving to a new data center which is not cheap. Contracting an outside company to do the analysis is also expensive. Probably a few million for the work, relocation, and psuhing out the new s

Oddly that is probably exactly my plan. I know a couple people who barely use theirs. Might even be able to convince one of them to buy it and then just borrow both for maximum savings. My gaming budget is wiped out with the 3DS and Portal 2 right after each other.

It seems there may have been an English release of the PS1 version. It is another compelling reason to get a PSP though.

On a similar note thanks for pointing out Tactics Ogre. Loved the GBA game but never could play the Ogre series. Sorry for the double post but lack of paragraphs makes it needed.

No more wrong than anyone else. FFT clearly was inspired by the Ogre series. Still you are right in that nothing more is to be said. You could have pointlessly dragged it out though!

The first interesting discussion here in months and you go and end it?! Curse your reasonable nature!

Thank you for the apology. I can see where you are coming from there. You just kind of walked into an area I am sensitive on. Sorry if I reacted a bit too strongly.

Thank you for helping keep the view of my health straight in the mafia thread. I get a bit rash, and slightly sensitive on the subject so it is always nice to have a cooler head to help keep a sane view.

This might be just what I need actually. Going to have to look at it but it certainly is on the right track. Much thanks for the link! Next to my daughter telling me I am the best dad for no apparent reason this has been the highlight of a great day!
