Sure, you're right.

My point is more along the lines that we didn't know if Sony still had the marketing rights this year, especially after CoD wasn't present in their partners slide from their financial report last week, even though stuff like FIFA , Hogwarts and Avatar were present. 

That is true. I saw some people speculating on that and then on the fact that it showed in this one.

Guess Sony didn't want to put on "the banner" out of respect for MS purchase or to slowly separates from Acti to soft the blow when everything is said and done.
