From your list only 3 I really appreciated and would like a revival Syphon Filter, Sly Cooper (even the PS3 title was great), Jax and Daxter. LoD, Wild Arms and Ape Escape I haven't played so can't say if I would like (it is probable I would), Twisted Metal I played the reboot but didn't like much.

I think blue point can be the Shadow of Colossus 2 and Demon Souls 2 developer if it's possible or get another team to join?

I really liked SoC so yes I would welcome a sequel although I don't really see what was left to tell. But well they may make a spiritual successor. I'm not a Demon's player, and it is a very difficult type of game to master the development I don't think BP is mature enough for it nor that there is enough market for it to dispute it with From Software. And Sony may have changed their thinking process, but they said they liked to have their first party games to be on genres that weren't explored by the 3rd parties.
