I am interested to see how PS5 downloads are performing. Returnal’s UK physical sales are low even by my modest expectations. But obviously digital is the bigger indicator (we’ll know later in the week). Difficult not to blame the £70 price

Kinda expected. £70 for a video game, outside launch is too much of an ask for us Brits. Shame because it looks like such a great game that going to be hampered by questionable price/s.
For those of you across the pond thats close to $100 US. Hard sell for a brand new IP and niche game at that. Jim Ryan and the board at Sony needs to rethink the global pricing tbh. $70 =/= £70. He's British himself, why didn't he see thing coming. Ratchet and Clank will be the test and if that under performs well.. yeah. Also doesn't help that games like Resident Evil are releasing in the same time frame which can be picked up for £50ish quid lol.
