Graphics Settings Notes Reduced environmental detail settings compared to Series X/PS5 No reactive flag physics currently, which Xbox consoles have
Framerate 30 fps with some small drops during combat and some uneven framepacing 45-60 fps, largest drops occur during combat when using effects heavy abilities, but certain map areas like the main hub can also drop as low as 45 fps 50-60 fps, largest drops occur during combat when using effects heavy abilities, but the hub area performs better than on Series S with the lowest drop there being 54 fps 60 fps alot of the time, but can drop to 59 fps during effects heavy combat

Summary: Series X wins on resolution, but PS5 wins on framerate presently. We'll have to see what changes People Can Fly make for the final release, will they reduce the resolution target on Series X to hit 60 fps more consistently, will they increase the resolution target on PS5 and if so, how much will that reduce the framerate? People Can Fly have a month to optimize the game ahead of the full release.
