Except that's wrong. There are right and wrong answers here. A viewpoint or opinion is fine to have, but it doesn't supercede facts or reason. An 'opinion' is that Marvel is better than DC. Human rights and laws and science aren't a matter of opinion. People should be educated, not dictated strictly by emotion.

I don't see why it's wrong to be fine with people in general having their own opinion's, in which you stated is fine to have, so then are you saying that Reps wouldn't see it that way? If they do, and they are free to their own opinions, like everyone should be, I don't see what's wrong about what was said. Now you can make a separate argument about facts, but factually, for example, if everyone get's immunized for something that impacts everyone, that should be best for everyone, though we still don't force people to do that, because of their beliefs and opinions and right to choose. Just because something may be considered a fact, doesn't automatically make it right for everyone.
