There's a difference between GPU clocks and CPU clocks, the 5000 CPUs have a lower base clock, but that's for multi-threaded applications, while single-threaded ones will get the boost clocks that are higher. That's not really the case with GPUs.

But, in any case, if they can reach and keep those game clocks, it will still be great.
