Exploration and mobility is fantastic in most cases, but I find myself missing the ability to outright climb anything like I could do in BotW. I don't know why game designers still stick to the outdated method of putting handholds on cliffsides for you to specifically use.
If they know where you climb, they have more control over what you are seeing or doing in that spot. Like designing the level based on your field of vision as you reach the top. Which could be a beautiful view that you won't miss, or making sure that the purple flowers are easy to spot as soon as you get up since they'll lead you to where you want to go next, etc.Last edited by Hiku - on 22 July 2020
